Staff Augmentation Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Development team (BDE/BDM) to lead and grow our Staff Augmentation business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT services or consulting sales, proven experience in acquiring and managing client relationships, and a deep understanding of the end-to-end staffing process (contract, C2H, permanent hiring).

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new clients for IT staff augmentation services
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand hiring needs
• Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely and quality delivery
• Generate leads via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and cold calling
• Prepare and present proposals, capability decks, and pricing models
• Negotiate contract terms, rates, and closure of agreements
• Coordinate with legal and operations for onboarding and compliance
• Maintain a strong pipeline of open roles, active submissions, and follow-ups
• Meet defined sales targets and KPIs on a monthly/quarterly basis
• Report progress, forecasts, and market trends to leadership regularly

Must-Have Skills:

• 1+ years of experience in IT services sales / staff augmentation business
• Proven track record of client acquisition and revenue generation
• Strong understanding of staffing lifecycle and hiring models (C2C, W2, contract, perm)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools, job portals, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Good to Have:

• Prior experience working with clients in the US/UK/India staffing market
• Existing client/vendor network
• Experience in handling delivery coordination
