Staff Accountant

Job Summery:-

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy in financial records and support strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Process payments, invoices, and receipts accurately and in a timely manner.
• Handle payroll, TDS, GST, and other statutory compliances.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow records.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis reports.
• Coordinate with auditors and support in audits (internal and external).
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
• Assist in inventory and asset management.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• CA Inter / M. Com / MBA in Finance (preferred but not mandatory).
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
• Understanding of taxation laws (GST, TDS) and statutory compliance.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,086.00 - ₹20,705.72 per month

Schedule:

• Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
• Yearly bonus
