ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build, lead, and develop static timing analysis team to support multiple concurrent projects

• Own timing signoff responsibility for all chip programs within the organization

• Establish timing methodology standards and ensure consistent application across projects

• Manage team workload, resource allocation, and capacity planning

• Drive hiring initiatives to build team capability and address skill gaps

• Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support career development

• Coordinate with cross-functional management to resolve timing-related project issues

• Manage tool licensing, infrastructure requirements, and vendor relationships

• Implement quality metrics and drive continuous improvement in timing closure efficiency
