SSH - Store Manager - Factory Outlet-Domestic BusinessResponsible for achieving sales target To monitor Day-to-Day operations of the store Monitoring stocks Systematic uploading of the Billing done on day-to-day basis. Ensuring stock availability in store at all the times Responsible for conducting exhibition sales Responsible for society sales. Cash Deposit Stock Taking Daily Sales Report Stock Request

Principal Accountabilities

Achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and monitoring performance metricsbr Oversee the daytoday operations of the store ensuring all activities are conducted efficiently and in compliance with company policiesbr Monitor stock levels to ensure availability and manage systematic uploading of daily billing transactionsbr Ensure the store is wellstocked at all times coordinating with suppliers and managing inventory effectivelybr Organize and manage exhibition sales ensuring successful execution and maximizing sales opportunitiesbr Conduct society sales identifying potential markets and tailoring sales approaches to meet community needsbr Manage cash deposits and ensure accurate financial reporting and reconciliationbr Conduct regular stock taking to maintain inventory accuracy and prevent discrepanciesbr Prepare and analyze daily sales reports to inform decisionmaking and strategic planningbr Submit stock requests based on sales trends and inventory needs to maintain optimal stock levels
