Job Title

SSH -Area Sales officer - Sales & Distribution-Domestic BusinessAs an Assistant Manager in the Sales & Distribution department, you will be responsible for driving sales and distribution for the domestic business. You will be expected to have a deep understanding of the domestic trade and be able to leverage your technical know-how of our processes and products to achieve sales targets. You will be responsible for managing relationships with key stakeholders and using your negotiation and influencing skills to secure the best deals.

Principal Accountabilities

Drive sales and distribution for the domestic business by leveraging your technical know-how of our processes and products.Understand the domestic trade landscape and use this knowledge to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.Use your negotiation and influencing skills to secure the best deals and partnerships.Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.Use your sales management skills to set and achieve sales targets, monitor sales performance, and make necessary adjustments to strategies and plans.Stay abreast of market trends and competitive intelligence to inform sales strategies and plans.Use your analytical skills to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.Demonstrate a global mindset and business acumen in all dealings.Foster a culture of people excellence and entrepreneurship within the team.Use your communication, networking, and persuasion skills to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.Manage customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.Special emphasis should be placed on communication skills, networking skills, persuasion skills, and customer relationship management.
