Job Title

SSH -Area Sales officer - Sales & Distribution-Domestic BusinessAs an Assistant Manager in the Sales & Distribution department, you will be responsible for driving sales and distribution for the domestic business. You will be expected to have a deep understanding of the technical aspects of our products and processes, as well as a comprehensive knowledge of domestic trade. Your role will involve negotiating and influencing key stakeholders, managing sales, and gathering market and competitive intelligence. You will also be expected to demonstrate strong analytical skills.

Principal Accountabilities

Drive sales and distribution for the domestic business by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.Understand and communicate the technical aspects of our products and processes to potential clients and stakeholders.Negotiate with key stakeholders to secure advantageous terms and conditions.Influence potential clients and stakeholders to drive sales and distribution.Manage sales processes to ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded.Gather market and competitive intelligence to inform sales strategies and business decisions.Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.Demonstrate a global mindset and strong business and commercial acumen.Foster a culture of people excellence and entrepreneurship within the team.Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.Build and maintain strong networks within the industry.Persuade potential clients and stakeholders to choose our products and services.Manage customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.Special emphasis should be placed on communication skills, networking skills, persuasion skills, and customer relationship management. These skills will be crucial in driving sales and distribution, negotiating and influencing stakeholders, and managing customer relationships.
