Sr.Team Member-Audit Innovation & Digitalization

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Develop and support solutions for automation using technologies and manage projects in the live environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, Develop & Implement ServiceNow solutions for Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) processes, ServiceNow implementer.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Develop custom scripts, workflows and integrations to enhance the functionality of the GRC / IRM module
• Provide support and ongoing maintenance for ServiceNow applications in GRC / IRM module / ServiceNow implementation.
• Stay up-to-date on ServiceNow Best Practices and industry trends to ensure the platform is leveraged effectively
• Knowledge of Out of the Box workflows for Internal Audit in ServiceNow
• Portal Designs (all types) in ServiceNow, Workspace customization and variants of the same.
• Reporting & Dashboarding using Performance Analytics capability to build complex dashboards with Balanced Scorecard approach.

REQUIREMENTS

Educational Qualifications

Key Skills

• At least a Bachelor of Science / Computer Science / Engineering background

• Experience in ServiceNow Development & implementation
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Bachelors on Computer Science or equivalent
• Strong technical & analytical skills
• Agility/drive/attitude to keep learning and upskilling in the new areas of Digital Technologies
• Should be service-oriented and able to develop an excellent rapport with users/function analyst and other teams.

Preferred Requirements

At least two full cycles of implementations.

ServiceNow Application Developer / IRM / GRC /Implementer Certification.

Experience Required

At least 3-7 years of working experience in relevant field or related field

• IT / BSG / Digital Banking / Digital Analytics / ISG / allied units / departments
