Job Title: Senior Recruiter
Work Type: Work from OfficeSchedule: 5 Days a Week + Alternate Saturdays (1st, 3rd & 5th)Experience: 4 - 7 YearsRole Overview-The Senior Recruiter will lead a team of 4 Recruiters while continuing to activelyparticipate in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates. This role demands aproactive approach to bulk hiring, strong coordination with consultancies andstakeholders, and a consistent focus on maintaining a healthy candidate pipeline.Key Responsibilities-Lead and mentor a team of 4 Recruiters, driving performance, accountability,and hiring output.Actively manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles, including sourcing,screening, scheduling, and final closures.Personally maintain a daily calling target (minimum 100+ calls) to source andqualify candidates.Ensure the team meets individual and collective targets of 150+ calls perrecruiter per day and timely closure of open positions.Collaborate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to align on hiringpriorities, TATs, and quality standards.Build and maintain strong relationships with external consultancies and hiringpartners.Track and review team performance, pipeline health, and daily activity reports.Conduct regular feedback sessions, share sourcing strategies, and implementprocess improvements.Handle escalations and ensure smooth coordination across recruitmentstages.Requirements-Graduate with 4-7 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in BPO /KPO / staffing / consultancy environments.Proven experience in bulk or volume hiring and managing small teams.Must be comfortable making daily candidate calls and actively sourcingalongside the team.Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Target-driven and organized, with the ability to manage multiple requirementssimultaneously.Proficient with Excel trackers, hiring dashboards, and ATS systems.What We Offer-Opportunity to lead a growing recruitment team while continuing to stay hands-onwith hiring.
