Job Description

Experience Required: 2–4 years in US staffing What We’re Looking For: Sourcing experience with Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and internal databases Strong verbal and written communication Fast turnaround: able to close roles within 48 hours Experience in at least two verticals (e.g., IT, Healthcare, Pharma) Confident in cold calling, candidate follow-ups, and offer negotiation What You’ll Do: Understand job requirements in coordination with sales Submit top-tier candidates within 24–48 hours Maintain <7-day time-to-fill average Build and maintain industry-specific talent pipelines Track performance metrics for continuous improvement Ensure candidates complete onboarding and start on time Support RFP needs with talent availability insights Work partial US hours to align with interview schedules Why Join Us: Friendly and driven team culture Growth opportunities in a scaling company Competitive compensation Hybrid work environment Hands-on learning with staffing tech and systems Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year Benefits: Provident Fund Work from home Schedule: Monday to Friday Night shift US shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
