We are expanding our operations in India and looking for a US Staffing Delivery Manager to lead and mentor our high-performing recruitment team.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager - US Staffing who will oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery for multiple client accounts. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the US recruitment process, vendor management systems (VMS),Workday, Texas DIR, client coordination, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of US IT recruiters to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly delivery targets.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: requirement analysis, sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiation, and placement.
• Coordinate with Account Managers and clients to understand hiring needs and ensure timely submissions.
• Implement delivery strategies to improve quality, turnaround time, and candidate experience.
• Track recruiter performance through KPIs (submissions, interviews, offers, placements).
• Maintain and grow strong client relationships through consistent communication and performance excellence.
• Handle escalations, manage workload distribution, and ensure team productivity across multiple time zones.
• Provide training and development for junior recruiters and drive best practices in US staffing.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment / Staffing, with at least 2+ years in a team lead or delivery management role.
• In-depth knowledge of US Tax Terms (W2, 1099, C2C), work authorizations, and US hiring compliance.
• Hands-on experience with Job Portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed) and ATS tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.
• Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment with strong attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work in US time zones (EST / CST).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing VMS / MSP-based clients.
• Exposure to Non-IT or Engineering staffing is an added advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.

Work Schedule:

Night Shift (US EST hours) Monday to Friday.
