Sr. US IT Recruiter

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior US IT Recruiter to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the US staffing market, excellent sourcing skills, and proven experience in placing top-tier IT professionals across various technologies and domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent IT positions across the US.
• Sourcing Candidates: Utilize job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other innovative sourcing techniques to identify top talent.
• Screening & Evaluation: Conduct detailed screening interviews to assess technical skills, experience, availability, and compensation expectations.
• Client Coordination: Collaborate closely with Account Managers and clients to understand job requirements, submit qualified candidates, and schedule interviews.
• Negotiation & Onboarding: Negotiate rates/salaries, prepare offers, and coordinate the onboarding process.
• Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with US employment laws and internal policies.
• Market Intelligence: Stay updated with the latest trends in the US IT staffing industry, including visa regulations (H1B, GC, CPT, OPT, etc.), emerging technologies, and salary benchmarks.
• Mentoring: Guide and mentor junior recruiters as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹500,000.00 per year
