SR. US IT Bench Sales Recruiter

We are looking for a dynamic

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the

  full cycle of Bench Sales

  and recruitment processes, including identifying, screening, and submitting consultants for various positions.

• Market Citizens, Green Card holders, EAD, H1B, H4EAD, CPT, OPT, and TN visa holders

  across different tax terms (W2, Corp-to-Corp).

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with

  primary vendors, clients, and consultants

  to ensure a steady pipeline of opportunities.

• Use recruiting portals such as

  Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and

  Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

  to source and manage candidates effectively.

• Maintain regular interactions and follow-ups with bench consultants to assess their needs and secure project opportunities accordingly.

• Negotiate compensation packages with candidates, ensuring alignment with client budgets and consultant expectations.

• Build and maintain a

  strong database

  of candidates, vendors, and clients to facilitate quick and efficient placements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience in the

  end-to-end Bench Sales process

  across multiple IT technologies.

• Expert knowledge of

  visa requirements and regulations

  for various visa holders (H1B, EAD, Green Card, TN Visa holders).

• Experience in

  recruiting portals

  (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn) and

  Applicant Tracking Tools (ATS).

• Strong network and rapport with

  primary vendors, clients, and consultants.

• Excellent

  negotiation skills

  and ability to close candidates effectively.

• Hands-on experience in

  marketing Bench consultants

  to different clients.
