Key Responsibilities:

Handle the complete recruitment cycle for
US Healthcare
requirements.
Hire for roles such as
Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner, Nurse Case Manager, Medical Assistant, LVN/LPN, CT Tech, MRI Tech, Radiology/X-Ray Tech
, and other allied healthcare positions.
Source candidates through
ATS, CareerBuilder, Monster, Indeed
, and social media platforms.
Screen and evaluate candidates based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.
Shortlist resumes and conduct
initial screening interviews
.
Negotiate pay rates with
US Citizens, Green Card holders
, and other authorized candidates.
Coordinate with the onboarding teams to ensure smooth joining of selected candidates.
