HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition & Team Building:

  Build a strong workforce across

  Sales, Production, Services, and Export

  departments.

• International Hiring:

  Must have experience in recruiting candidates for

  African, Middle East, and other countries

  .

• Contractual & Vendor-Based Recruitment:

  Experience in sourcing and hiring for

  contract-based labour and vendor-managed roles

  .

• End-to-End Recruitment:

  Manage the complete recruitment cycle (technical & non-technical) for all departments.

• Strategic Hiring:

  Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for

  Lithium Battery manufacturing

  operations.

• Manpower Planning:

  Collaborate with senior management to understand

  manpower requirements

  and support organizational structure planning.

• Sourcing:

  Efficiently source candidates through

  Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed

  , and coordination with recruitment agencies
• Manage onboarding, induction, employee engagement, and retention programs.
• Ensure compliance with statutory HR and labor law requirements.
• Support performance management and employee development initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate

  in

  HR.

• 5+ years of experience

  in HR / Talent Acquisition in

  Lithium Battery Manufacturing

  industry.
• Proven track record in

  technical recruitment

  (BMS, Battery Pack Design, R&D, etc.).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong in

  MS Excel, HRMS tools, and job portals

  (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
