Job Summary:
We are looking for Business Development Executives and Telecallers to join our growing team. The ideal candidates should have strong English communication skills and a proven ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and close deals. CRM experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Pitch Realista’s services and convert leads into customers.
• Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and close deals.
• Maintain and update client data in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize outreach strategies.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.

Requirements:

✅ Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
✅ Experience in telecalling, sales, or business development.✅ CRM experience is a plus.
✅ Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.✅ Ability to handle rejections and turn prospects into clients.✅ Self-motivated and target-driven.
