Job Description – Senior Technician

Role Overview:

As a Senior Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal functionality of production and kitchen equipment across the Pizza Wings plant or outlets. You’ll lead maintenance activities, troubleshoot issues, and support installations to maintain a seamless food production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and kitchen equipment (e.g., ovens, conveyors, mixers, refrigeration).
• Troubleshoot and repair breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime.
• Maintain logs and documentation of repairs and maintenance schedules.
• Support installation of new equipment and setup in new outlets or plant expansions.
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI and HACCP standards during maintenance procedures.
• Provide training and support to junior technicians.
• Coordinate with vendors and OEMs for spare parts and service contracts.
• Ensure energy efficiency and cost-effective repairs in line with operational goals.

Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Refrigeration Engineering.
• 2-4years of experience in a QSR, FMCG, or food production plant.
• Hands-on experience with commercial kitchen equipment, PLC systems (preferred), and preventive maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel to multiple outlet locations if needed.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
