Sr. Technician

As a skilled and experienced Technician with a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, your role will involve diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles to ensure their optimal performance, safety, and reliability. Key Responsibilities: - Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues in vehicles according to starkenns safety system. - Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify the Power source, Acceleration brake unit. - Install the system in all types of vehicles (Commercial, Heavy Duty Passenger) and document the installation process without tampering with the vehicle's electrical circuit or causing damage. - Repair or replace faulty systems and components. - Install the complete system in a bus/truck ensuring perfect installation without damaging other electrical wires. - Use starkenns diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately identify and resolve complex technical issues. - Ensure all repairs and maintenance tasks are conducted according to manufacturer's specifications and industry standards. - Communicate effectively with customers to explain the system and its safety benefits. - Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety protocols. - Collaborate with team members and provide assistance as needed to maintain an efficient workflow. - Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a formal mechanic training program preferred. - Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic or similar role. - Strong proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems in vehicles. - Proficient in using diagnostic tools, equipment, and software for accurate assessments. - Solid understanding of automotive systems, components, and technical specifications. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers, team members, and drivers. - Physical ability to lift heavy parts and equipment, and to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods. - Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. - ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certifications are a plus.,
