Pizza Wings is a growing food brand known for serving high-quality, freshly made pizzas and wings. We operate a network of outlets supported by a central kitchen and a dedicated operations team. To support our technical and operational infrastructure, we are hiring an experienced Senior Technician to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Senior Technician to maintain and troubleshoot kitchen, refrigeration, and production equipment across our outlets and central kitchen. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in food service equipment and a proactive approach to maintenance and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on kitchen equipment (e.g., ovens, fryers, refrigerators, mixers).
• Respond to breakdowns and ensure minimal equipment downtime.
• Diagnose technical issues and recommend effective solutions.
• Maintain maintenance logs and service records.
• Support installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors for spare parts and technical support.
• Follow all safety protocols and food safety standards (FSSAI/HACCP).
• Train junior technicians on standard procedures.
• Assist in energy management and cost-saving initiatives.

Requirements:

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Refrigeration Engineering.
• Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in QSR, food processing, or hospitality.
• Familiarity with commercial kitchen appliances and cold storage systems.
• Ability to read equipment manuals and electrical diagrams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a sense of ownership.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
• Basic knowledge of safety and hygiene standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with PLC-based systems or automated kitchen equipment.
• Prior experience in a multi-unit food chain or centralized kitchen setup.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
