Sr Technical Recruiter

Job Summary: We are looking for a results-driven IT Technical Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for a wide range of IT roles, including software development, infrastructure, cloud, data, cybersecurity, and DevOps. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, source qualified candidates, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to define technical job requirements and candidate profiles Source, screen, and qualify candidates through various channels including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach Conduct initial HR and technical assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams and provide timely feedback to candidates Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and maintain up-to-date candidate records Build and maintain a pipeline of technical talent for current and future hiring needs Negotiate salary expectations, prepare offers, and manage the onboarding process Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive talent markets Promote employer branding and participate in career fairs and hiring events Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Business, or related field 2–5 years of experience in technical recruiting , preferably in an IT staffing firm or in-house tech recruitment role Strong understanding of technical roles and IT terminology (e.g., developers, system engineers, DevOps, cloud, data, cybersecurity) Familiarity with ATS systems (Ceipal) Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to handle multiple requisitions and work in a fast-paced environment Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Show more Show less
