Role Overview We are seeking a self-motivated and fluent English-speaking Business Development Executive to drive sales of our SaaS products. This role involves the full sales cyclefrom organic lead generation to closing deals. The ideal candidate is proactive, goal-oriented, and passionate about technology and customer success. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate organic leads through online research, social media, networking, and inbound channels. Qualify leads and understand customer needs to propose suitable SaaS solutions. Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers. Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and improve lead quality. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM tools. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and product developments. Requirements Minimum 1 years to 5 years of experience Involved On field and Travel to meet clients in person Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in SaaS or tech products. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads and opportunities. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools. Self-driven, enthusiastic, and results-oriented mindset. Preferred Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience with LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and inbound marketing strategies. Understanding of SaaS business models and customer lifecycle.
