Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sr Technical Recruiter. The Sr Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to hiring and onboarding. They will focus on identifying top technical talent and work closely with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements. The recruiter will also be involved in creating effective recruitment strategies, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Recruiting, and Technical Recruiting skills
• Experience in Hiring and Communication skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
• Familiarity with the tech industry and technical roles is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Exposure to work on the skills like AVA FS , JAVA Backend , Data Engineer , Data Scientst, ROR , Technical Poject Manager, Product Owner. QA Automation , SDE.
