Job Description

As an experienced IT professional with over 8 years of experience in endpoint management and infrastructure support, you will be responsible for a wide range of technical, operational, leadership, and management tasks. Your expertise should include: - Managing a large number of endpoints (3,000+) across multiple locations with a strong focus on endpoint security, patch management, and asset lifecycle management. - Utilizing tools such as Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Desktop Central, Service Desk, or similar solutions for effective endpoint management. - Coordinating network and server activities to ensure seamless integration of endpoints. In terms of operational scope, you will be expected to manage a significant number of branches (100+) and support a large employee base (6,000+ users). Your role will involve ensuring compliance, standardization, and performance monitoring across all endpoints. As a leader and manager, you should demonstrate the ability to lead a team of 5 or more members effectively. This includes task allocation, performance tracking, and ensuring timely project delivery. Strong communication, coordination, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this role. Preferred qualifications for this position include ITIL certification or equivalent process knowledge, as well as experience in vendor management and project rollout coordination.,
