SORE IN CHARGE:

Inventory Management:

• Maintaining Stock Levels:Ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained, including ordering, receiving, and storing goods.
• Stock Control:Monitoring inventory levels, tracking stock movement, and identifying slow-moving items.
• Inventory Audits:Conducting regular stock audits to reconcile physical stock with records.
• Storage and Organization:Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe storage environment for all goods.

Staff Management:

• Supervision and Coordination:Overseeing and coordinating the work of store staff, including scheduling and task allocation.
• Training and Development:Providing training and guidance to staff on store procedures, safety protocols, and customer service.
• Performance Management:Monitoring staff performance, providing feedback, and addressing any performance issues.

Store Operations:

• Ensuring Smooth Operations: Ensuring the smooth and efficient running of daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Customer Service: Handling customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally.
• Sales and Promotions: Implementing sales strategies, merchandising, and promotional activities to drive sales and achieve targets.
• Compliance: Ensuring compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
• Reporting: Preparing and reviewing sales, inventory, and staff performance reports.
• Communication: Maintaining effective communication with staff, suppliers, and management.
