Sr. Specialist DDIT IES BS/Sol. Delivery

Major accountabilities:

• Deliver infrastructure solutions according to strategy and with reusability.
• Ensure on time within budget compliant secure and quality delivery of portfolio for responsible service area.
• Ensure services solutions platforms products are fit for purpose and achieve the desired business value and impact.

Key performance indicators:

• Delivery on agreed KPIs including business impact -Launch of innovative technology solutions across Novartis at scale -Business impact and value generated from DDIT solutions -Adoption and development of Agile Productization and DevOps practices -Operations stability and effective risk management -Feedback on customer experience -Applications adherence to ISC requirements and are audit ready.

Minimum Requirements:
Work Experience:

• 8 - 15 years of Exposure to infrastructure technology preferably in the pharmaceutical domain.
• Proven Ability to Develop trust-based relationships with key stakeholders.
• Project Management and program management.
• Interactions with senior management stakeholders.

Skills:

• On Premise Data Center Management / Delivery
• AWS / Azure technologies
• Infrastructure Technologies (preferably HPC)
• Automation, CI/CD and DevOps
• Agile Delivery
• Performance Management.
• Planning.
• Project Management.
• Risk Management.
• Service Delivery Management.
• Stakeholder Management.
• Continuous learning of new cutting edge tech (e.g. HPC, AI, etc.)

Languages :

• English.
