Sr. Social Media Manager

As a Team Leader in the social media department, your role will involve: - Supervising and supporting a team of brand social media managers/account executives - Conducting regular check-ins, workflow audits, and performance evaluations - Setting best practices and SOPs for the team to follow In terms of Strategic Planning, you will be responsible for: - Developing and refining social media strategies across client brands - Ensuring alignment with brand goals, current trends, and data insights - Identifying opportunities for content innovation and platform expansion Your responsibilities will also include Client Relationship Management by: - Acting as the senior liaison for high-priority clients - Joining or leading strategic calls and review meetings as needed - Ensuring client satisfaction through timely delivery and quality assurance You will be accountable for Performance Monitoring by: - Tracking KPIs and campaign performance across platforms - Providing monthly reports and strategic recommendations to clients - Spotting potential issues in performance or engagement early and taking corrective action Collaboration & Workflow Management will be a key part of your role, involving: - Working cross-functionally with the design and content teams - Optimizing workflow processes to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met - Ensuring brand tone, messaging, and visual identity is consistent across all platforms Qualifications required for this position include: - 3+ years of experience managing social media strategy and execution, with at least 1 year in a leadership role - Strong understanding of major social platforms (Instagram, X, YouTube, etc.) - Experience working with scheduling tools, analytics dashboards, and paid promotion campaigns - Excellent communication, delegation, and problem-solving skills - Ability to think strategically while maintaining an eye for detail - Agency experience preferred Please note that this is a Full-time, Permanent position with the work location being in person.,
