Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and analytical Social Media Optimizer (SMO) to manage and grow our online presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, engagement strategies, and content optimization techniques to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Optimize social media posts (content, hashtags, visuals) to improve reach and performance.
• Monitor social media performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports.
• Collaborate with the design and content team for creative campaigns and brand messaging.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly, and build an active online community.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Run paid campaigns (optional) and manage budgets effectively to achieve targeted results.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a sr Social Media Executive/ SR SMO or similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.
• Excellent communication, writing, and creative skills.
• Basic knowledge of tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Canva, or Hootsuite.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
