We are looking for a passionate and organised Social Media Intern to assist our social media managers in day-to-day activities. This internship is designed as a launchpad into a full-time social media role, with the intent of onboarding the right candidate after the internship. *This is a paid Internship with the opportunity to join full time after the internship period. Key Responsibilities Support the social media team in scheduling and posting content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) Ensure timely execution of posting calendars and content schedules Coordinate with design and content teams to gather creatives and copy Track and report on daily content performance and engagement Assist in research for trends, hashtags, influencers, and competitor activities Requirements A recent graduate or current student (Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field preferred) Passionate about social media, trends, and brand storytelling Extremely organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in communication Comfortable using social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.) Creative thinker with a willingness to learn and grow Preferred Basic knowledge of Canva or content creation tools Prior internships or project work in marketing/social media Understanding of analytics tools like Instagram Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, etc. What We Offer A chance to work with a dynamic and growing digital team Mentorship and guidance from experienced social media professionals A potential full-time job offer post-internship based on performance Friendly, open-minded work culture where ideas are always welcome Show more Show less
