The ideal candidate will have 2 5 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of implementing and managing Salesforce solutions. This role requires a detail oriented individual who can work collaboratively in a fast paced environment and contribute to the development of innovative software solutions. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain software applications with a focus on Salesforce solutions. Administer Salesforce environments, including user management, security settings, and data management. Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Implement best practices for Salesforce development, including coding standards and documentation. Conduct testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing applications and Salesforce configurations. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and enhancements to leverage in development projects. Mandatory Skills: Strong knowledge of Salesforce Administration, including configuration, customization, and user management. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. Experience with Salesforce data management tools and processes. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Preferred Skills: Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs. Knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git. Experience in working with third party applications and tools within the Salesforce ecosystem. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Salesforce Administrator certification is highly desirable. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
