Sr. Salesforce Developer

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 4+ years of experience in Salesforce.com CRM platform as a Developer and Tech Lead. You should have extensive expertise in Salesforce.com CRM configuration, customization, Integration, and App Exchange Product Development. It is essential to have a deep understanding of Salesforce Standard Products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc. Your role will involve proficiently gathering requirements, analyzing them, and prioritizing them in collaboration with business users. You will be engaged in multiple project phases including design, development, implementation, and testing. A key aspect of this role is to have a strong background in defining and prioritizing objectives, with a strategic approach aimed at achieving optimal business outcomes. The successful candidate will be an excellent team player capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional and offshore teams. Furthermore, exceptional communication skills are essential for this role. Desired Skills: - Demonstrated experience in implementing solutions using APEX and Lightning. - Proficiency in Web Service Integration. - Preferably experience with Heroku or Lightning Development (SFDC). - Possession of Salesforce certifications would be advantageous.
