Salesforce Developer

You should have 2 to 4 years of experience in Salesforce development with a strong understanding of Salesforce Declarative Programming and Administration. This includes developing code, custom objects, LWC, Apex, reports, flows, assignment rules, and escalation rules. You should also have knowledge of Salesforce Standard Products like Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Your primary responsibility will be to design and develop solutions on the Salesforce platform using the Apex programming language. This involves developing software solutions using Salesforce.com API framework and 3rd party APIs, as well as performing unit testing and defect fixes. You will collaborate with other team members to explore design approaches, prototype new technology, and assess technical feasibility. Additionally, you will provide consulting support on processes and systems issues, update technical documents related to design and custom application development, and assist Business Analysts in resolving technical issues with standard or custom programs and reports. Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers and internal IT team members to ensure high customer service levels is also crucial. Desired skills for this role include proven experience in implementing solutions using APEX and Lightning, proficiency in Web Service Integration, and experience with Heroku or Lightning Development (SFDC) is preferred. Key skills required for this position include SFDC configurations, Salesforce Apex, LWC, and integration. The preferred educational qualifications for this role are BTech/BE/MCA/BCA/MSc IT/BSc IT.
