As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leveraging Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and other relevant technologies to create tailored solutions. - Utilizing OmniStudio extensively to build user-friendly and efficient customer journeys. - Collaborating with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs. - Developing and maintaining integrations between Salesforce and other systems. - Performing thorough testing to ensure the quality and stability of solutions. - Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. - Staying up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices. - Participating in code reviews to maintain high code quality standards. Qualifications required for this role: - 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer. - Strong prior experience working with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud. - Demonstrable experience with Salesforce OmniStudio, including FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures. - Proficiency in Salesforce Flows, including Screen Flows, Auto-launched Flows, Record-triggered Flows. - Practical experience with Apex development, including Triggers, Classes, and Batch Jobs. - Understanding of Salesforce declarative development tools. - Experience with data modeling, migration, and integration within Salesforce. - Familiarity with Salesforce development best practices, design patterns, and governor limits. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a remote team environment. - Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Nice to have skills: - Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Financial Services Cloud Consultant. - Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC). - Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes. - Knowledge of Agile development methodologies. - Experience with other Salesforce clouds like Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
