Role Overview: As a Senior Sales Officer at MM Foam, you will play a crucial role in managing channel sales and sales operations in Chennai. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining dealer relationships, expanding the dealer network, ensuring smooth sales operations, and collaborating with the marketing department to reach the target audience. With your expertise, you will contribute to the growth and success of the company in the latex manufacturing industry. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and sustain long-lasting relationships with dealers. - Expand the dealer network by explaining company products and encouraging purchases. - Answer dealers' questions and escalate complex issues to relevant departments. - Develop in-depth knowledge of company products. - Maintain accurate records of all sales, scheduled appointments, and customer complaints. - Collaborate with the marketing department to reach the target audience. - Inform product developers of possible improvements to meet market needs. - Analyze competitors' products to determine features, benefits, and market success. Qualifications Required: - Graduate in any discipline.
