We're hiring! Join our fast-growing AI video analytics company and lead our marketing and sales efforts across India, the Middle East, and North America. If you're a strategic thinker with a strong B2B sales and marketing background in tech, we want to hear from you.

What Youll Do:

• Lead regional sales and marketing strategy
• Drive enterprise sales and close high-value deals
• Run integrated marketing campaigns (digital, content, events)
• Build and manage channel partnerships and alliances
• Work cross-functionally to align go-to-market initiatives
• Share market insights to guide product and positioning
• Support lead generation, client outreach, and prospecting
• Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals
• — Assist in RFP responses, pricing strategy, and negotiations
• Manage and update CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)

What We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years in B2B tech sales and marketing
• Experience in AI, video analytics, SaaS, or related domains
• Strong grasp of enterprise buying cycles
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation and storytelling skills
• Comfortable with domestic and international travel if needed
• Hands-on with CRM & marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Ability to craft compelling sales decks, proposals, and value-based pitches
• Good understanding of marketing channels and campaign execution Proactive, detail-oriented, and a fast learner

Nice to Have:

• Background in safety, surveillance tech, smart cities, public or VMS
