Sr. Sales & Marketing Executive

We are hiring, Sales Executives for the Plumbing industry. The role involves working closely with distributors, dealers, and retailers to achieve sales growth and expand market reach.

Location: Dibrgarh ,Assam
Experience : 1 year min

Preferable industry : Bathroom sanitary, any type of Building Materials like Cement, Paint, Water Tank, PVC Pipes or Electrical Products

Roles & Responsibilities

• Visit Distributors & Primary Dealers weekly to plan and execute secondary working.
• Achieve monthly primary targets (Distributor level) and secondary targets (Retailer level) in the assigned territory.
• Expand the retail network and drive market penetration in the assigned geography.
• Ensure timely payment collections as per monthly targets.
• Implement promotional schemes in the market to boost sales and enhance brand visibility.
• Execute marketing and sales strategies to increase distributor sales performance.
• Lead and manage a team of on-roll Sales Executives to ensure growth across all sales parameters.
• Conduct in-shop plumber meetings and other marketing activities to promote product sales.
• Ensure regular market visits to Distributors, Dealers, Sub-Dealers, and Retailers.
• Responsible for shop branding, dealer certification, and distribution of scheme-based gifts/events.
• Conduct weekly meetings with sales team and monitor their performance.
• Audit expenses of on-roll Sales Executive

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,129.62 - ₹33,025.46 per month
