Job Description

Sr. Sales Manager MICE

Key Responsibilities:

Identify new sales opportunities and convert them into profitable business deals.
Respond promptly to client queries and emails with professionalism.
Research and analyze client business models (B2B, B2C, MICE, etc.) to identify potential opportunities.
Actively promote company products/services through cold calling, networking, and client engagement.
Prepare and deliver tailored presentations to showcase products and services.
Represent the company at
exhibitions, roadshows, trade shows, and conferences
to generate leads.
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure — in coordination with internal teams.
Nurture existing client relationships to grow business and revenue share.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as defined by the company.
Address client concerns/objections effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong sales and business development experience in
Travel, Events, or MICE industry
.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to conduct market research and develop new business strategies.
Strong presentation and client engagement skills.
