Sr. Sales Manager MICE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new sales opportunities and convert them into profitable business deals.
  • Respond promptly to client queries and emails with professionalism.
  • Research and analyze client business models (B2B, B2C, MICE, etc.) to identify potential opportunities.
  • Actively promote company products/services through cold calling, networking, and client engagement.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored presentations to showcase products and services.
  • Represent the company at

    exhibitions, roadshows, trade shows, and conferences

    to generate leads.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure — in coordination with internal teams.
  • Nurture existing client relationships to grow business and revenue share.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as defined by the company.
  • Address client concerns/objections effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
