Role Overview

We are looking for energetic and target-driven Sales Executives to promote and sell our plywood and allied products. The role involves dealer development, market visits, order generation, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Market Development

  • Promote company plywood products in assigned territory
  • Generate sales through dealers, retailers, carpenters, contractors, architects, and builders
  • Develop new dealer network and maintain existing accounts
  • Achieve monthly sales targets

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Regular market visits and follow-ups with dealers and customers
  • Handle inquiries, price discussions, and order finalization
  • Ensure timely collection of payments as per company policy

3. Order & Dispatch Coordination

  • Coordinate with factory, dispatch, and logistics teams for order execution
  • Track deliveries and resolve customer issues
  • Ensure correct product specification and billing

4. Market Intelligence

  • Collect market feedback regarding pricing, competitors, and demand
  • Suggest strategies to increase sales and brand presence
  • Report competitor activity to management

5. Reporting

  • Maintain daily visit reports, sales reports, and collection status
  • Submit weekly/monthly sales updates to seniors

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
  • 1–5 years experience in plywood, laminates, hardware, building material, or furniture sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Familiarity with local market and dealer network
  • Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp reporting

Work Schedule

Full-time, field-based role
