Sr. Sales Executive

We are looking to hire sales executive who specialize in Fenestration (Window/Door/Panel) industry.

The candidate will work in the Tricity area from Panchkula.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in the fenestration industry (windows, doors, façades, and glazing systems). The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and consultants. This role requires a deep understanding of fenestration products, market trends, and technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the fenestration industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients including architects, interior designers, contractors, and developers.
• Conduct site visits, understand client requirements, and propose suitable product solutions.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and commercial proposals.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in coordination with internal teams.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with client interactions and pipeline status.
• Coordinate with internal design, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in fenestration, building materials, or construction.
• Good understanding of uPVC/Aluminum windows and doors, curtain walls, and façade systems.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to read architectural drawings and technical specifications is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
