Sr. Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive (B2B) to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through B2B sales. This role requires a strong understanding of the market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect new B2B clients through networking, cold calling, and lead generation.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Understand client needs and tailor solutions that meet business objectives.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products/services and market trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, support) to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to generate leads and promote the brand.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in [industry or sector].
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of sales methodologies like SPIN, BANT, or Challenger Sales.
