Key Responsibilities · Manage inquiries from prospective clients with prompt and professional communication. · Keep clients updated on the status of their orders with regular follow-ups. · Coordinate with suppliers and vendors on supply timelines and updates. · Manage logistics for delivery and pickups from both suppliers and clients. · Prepare and maintain regular reports in Excel, tracking order progress, supply status, and communications. Candidate Profile · Fluency in both spoken and written English is a must. · Strong organizational and communication skills. · Proficiency in Excel and basic computer tools. · Enthusiastic about working in a start-up environment and eager to grow with the business. · Self-driven, punctual, and reliable with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
