Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to understand their needs, assist in product selection, provide detailed information about jewelry pieces, and ensure a high-quality buying experience.
Stay informed about the latest jewelry designs, collections, pricing structures, and ongoing trends in the jewelry and luxury retail industry.
Monitor stock levels, coordinate with inventory teams to ensure product availability, and assist in stock replenishment and tagging.
Accurately process customer purchases, handle invoicing and payment procedures using the POS system, and ensure smooth and error-free transactions.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment; support in arranging and updating product displays to enhance customer engagement and visual appeal.
Recommend complementary products such as matching earrings, bangles, or accessories to increase basket size and enhance customer satisfaction.
