This is a non-field, office-based role focused on managing leads, driving conversions, and supporting our business development initiatives—all from the comfort of our modern office environment. Key Responsibilities Proactively handle outbound sales inquiries through phone, email, and online platforms. Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into confirmed sales. Maintain accurate customer records using CRM tools and databases. Prepare and share customized quotations, invoices, and product details. Collaborate with internal operations to ensure seamless order fulfillment. Build lasting relationships with clients and provide excellent after-sales support. What We’re Looking For Education: 12th pass or Bachelor's degree. Experience: Minimum 1 year in tele-sales, office-based sales, or B2B sales support. Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM tools.
