Role Overview:

The Sales Executive will drive business growth in the Delhi market, managing client relationships, acquiring new customers, and supporting dealer and distributor networks. The role involves meeting sales targets, promoting Defloors’ product range, and coordinating with internal teams for smooth order execution.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and expand sales in Delhi by acquiring new clients and managing existing

accounts.

● Build relationships with architects, builders, dealers, and B2B customers.

● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.

● Conduct market visits, product demonstrations, and presentations.

● Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, logistics) for timely order

fulfillment.

● Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback.

● Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.

● Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches in the region.

Key Skills Required:

● Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.

● Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.

● Knowledge of sales processes, territory management, and market mapping.

● Simple understanding of Google Forms.

● Willingness to travel extensively within Delhi NCR.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

● 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the wooden flooring industry,building

materials, interior design, or home improvement sectors.

● Experience in multi-location client handling, B2B sales, or dealer management is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
