Sr. Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive for Bitumen / Emulsion / LDO / FO, your role will involve driving new business development, managing client acquisition, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: - Generate leads through various channels, conduct cold calling, and effectively convert prospects into customers. - Handle both B2B and B2C sales by delivering impactful presentations and product demonstrations. - Establish and nurture strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty. - Meet monthly revenue targets and diligently prepare sales reports to track progress. - Conduct thorough market research, analyze competitors, and identify growth opportunities in the market. - Collaborate with internal teams for seamless order processing, timely follow-ups, and exceptional customer support. Requirements: - Graduation with a minimum of 3 years of experience in field sales or inside sales. - Possess strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients. - Proactive, target-oriented, and capable of working independently to drive sales success. - Familiarity with CRM tools, lead generation techniques, and pipeline management will be advantageous.
