Sr. Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive (On-site)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with at least 3 years of proven experience in sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, managing existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets for our range of premium products. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The Sales Executive will play a critical role in driving business growth and building lasting customer partnerships for Ogera Ventures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base
• Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals
• Build and nurture long-term customer relationships through regular follow-up and excellent after-sales service
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and industry trends
• Prepare accurate sales reports and provide feedback to the management team
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to execute sales strategies
• Represent the company professionally at client meetings, events, and exhibitions

Required Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or product-based industries
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong relationship-building and customer service orientation
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
