Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
· Develop and execute sales strategies for educational and mental health products.
· Approach and onboard schools, colleges, and universities for setting up AI–Drone–Robotics–BrainMapping Excellence Centers/Labs.
· Collaborate & Tieup with corporates, hotels, and organizations to introduce AI upskilling, BrainMapping, and mental wellness programs for employees.
· Handle field sales, generate leads and follow up on leads generated through events, workshops, references, newspapers, and social media campaigns.
· Represent in seminars, exhibitions, and workshops to increase visibility and conversions.
Client Relationship & CRM Management
· Maintain and update all client data in the CRM system regularly.
· Handle pre-sales and post-sales communication, ensuring smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
· Send proposals, letters, and commercial quotations to prospects and clients as per company guidelines.
· Coordinate with management for approvals on commercials and share finalized terms with clients and vendors.
Marketing & Outreach
· Support marketing activities by creating presentations, brochures, and email templates using AI tools and design platforms.
· Collaborate with the content and tech team to generate blogs, creatives, and promotional materials for digital platforms.
· Contribute to growing social media presence and WhatsApp channel through content ideas, engagement campaigns, and updates.
· Conduct online and offline seminars/webinars at office and external venues to increase lead engagement.
Coordination & Reporting
· Ensure all leads from various sources are contacted and converted efficiently.
· Maintain communication with prospects, track progress, and report daily updates to the reporting manager.
· Coordinate with subject matter experts, tech, and marketing teams to align business goals with delivery.
· Responsible for data management, documentation, and reporting of sales activities and progress.
Travel & Field Work
· Travel locally and outstation for client meetings, exhibitions, and partnership discussions as per business requirements.
· Maintain proper travel records and expense documentation. HR will provide the details.
Reporting
Reports directly to the Founding & Management Team in coordination with HR.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
