Sr. Sales Executive

Job Opening: Sales Executive (with PA Responsibilities)
Location: Udhyog Kendra-II, Ecotech-III Greater Noida (G.B. Nagar)
Experience: 1–3 years preferred (Freshers with strong communication skills may apply)

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Sales Executive who can not only drive sales but also assist in daily business coordination and administrative tasks. If you're a multitasker with a passion for communication, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:Sales Duties:

• Identify and approach potential customers to generate leads and inquiries
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and follow up regularly
• Present and explain products or services to customers
• Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and invoices
• Track sales targets and prepare performance reports
• Attend exhibitions, trade shows, or customer visits when required

PA/Administrative Duties:

• Assist management with day-to-day schedules, meetings, and correspondence
• Handle phone calls, emails, and follow-ups professionally
• Maintain and organize documents, reports, and sales data
• Support in preparing presentations, travel plans, and office coordination

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate in any field (MBA or Sales/Marketing background is a plus)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred:

• Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles
• Experience supporting top-level management or working as a PA

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
