Job Title: Senior Sales Executive - Education Company

Location: Rewari, Haryana

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our education company in Rewari, Haryana. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business and managing existing client relationships in the assigned region. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of sales success in the education industry and should be passionate about education.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new business through lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Manage existing client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct presentations and demonstrations of products and services to prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the company's CRM.
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote the company and its products.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and new product offerings.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure client needs are being met.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
