Role Overview: We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Content Creator who can take full ownership of our social media presence. Your role is to produce compelling content that drives engagement, builds awareness, and strengthens our brand image among students, parents, and schools. Key Responsibilities: Develop, design, and post engaging content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Create and manage weekly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and Olympiad updates Shoot/edit short-form videos, reels, infographics, carousels, and stories Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to promote Olympiad registration, school partnerships, and academic achievements Monitor social media trends , platform updates, and competitor strategies to stay ahead Respond to audience comments, DMs, and queries on platforms in a timely and friendly manner Track and analyze engagement metrics and performance reports to optimize future content Who We're Looking For: Proven experience in content creation, social media management , or a similar role Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn , and video platforms Proficiency in Canva , CapCut , Adobe Premiere Pro , or similar tools Excellent writing and communication skills in English and Hindi Creative thinking and a good eye for design and visual storytelling Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage time efficiently Passion for education, youth engagement, or Olympiads is a plus!
