Social Media Content Creator

Job Title:

• Own social media content creation across platforms (Instagram, Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok-style formats).
• Write engaging

  scripts, captions and campaign copies

  that reflect our brand voice and objectives.
• Develop creative concepts and storyboards for social campaigns in collaboration with Growth/Brand and Product teams.
• Stay on top of trends, memes, audio tracks, formats and platform updates; propose trend-responsive content quickly.
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, editors and external creators to produce high-quality content.
• Monitor content performance and iterate on creative approaches based on data (engagement, retention, CTR).
• Maintain a social content calendar aligned with marketing and business goals.
• Contribute to brand campaigns aimed at building

  brand awareness and recall

  in key audiences.
• Support cross-functional briefs with crisp creative direction and execution plans.

Who You Are Must-Haves

• 3-4 years

  of hands-on experience in social media content creation for consumer brands, agencies or digital studios.
• Strong background in

  creative direction, scripting and copywriting

  for social media.
• A portfolio of work that shows storytelling, trend-sensibility and performance content (links to reels, shorts, campaigns).
• Deep understanding of how different platforms work, what content formats perform best, and why.
• Energy, curiosity, and quick learning you stay ahead of memes, trends and cultural cues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong sense of tone, voice and brand personality.
• Familiarity with basic video editing tools (CapCut, VN, InShot, Premiere, Final Cut) or ability to brief editors effectively.
• Data-informed creativity you use insights to improve future content.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with influencer/collaborator relationships or creator partnerships.
• Motion graphics / animation basics (After Effects / Lottie).
• B2C, retail, marketplace or tech startup brand experience.
• Experience using analytics tools to track and optimize content performance.
