Job Description

Location: Mumbai (Thane)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement BTL marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand visibility.
Build strong relationships with society chairpersons to obtain permission for BTL activities.
Conduct extensive fieldwork to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local shop owners and stakeholders.
Train and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and ensure excellent customer service.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, and report findings to senior management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and effective execution of marketing campaigns.
Identify and explore new business opportunities to expand the market presence of LoveLocal.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in BTL marketing and extensive fieldwork.
Strong relationships with Chairmen of high class societies.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using sales performance metrics.
